turning burgers into cashflow...
Ron Redmond didn’t know how much he liked Burger King until he decided to buy one, not a burger but a restaurant. Watching the daily gyrations of his stock portfolio grew tiresome for this successful business owner and he decided to do something about it. He contacted Redfish Advisors and we began the process of identifying a single-tenant net leased real estate asset. After taking time to understand his risk tolerance, investing objectives and capital sources we identified an off-market Burger King operated by the company’s largest corporate franchisee. The rent was a combination of a fixed base plus a percentage of the sales over a predetermined level. Now, for Ron, a Whopper tastes that much better, knowing that each burger sold is a check in his mailbox.
