 Ken Etterman (right) 

With a background in banking and real estate finance, Ken brings the technical and analytical skill set to our consulting and acquisition assignments. His responsibilities involve underwriting, calculating expected returns, and assessing risk--keys to the selection and due diligence process. His prior experience includes lending and credit roles in the real estate finance groups at Wachovia and Bank of America. Ken also serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets with Campus Crest Communities, a national developer of student housing. Ken holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Florida State University and earned an MBA from Western Carolina University.

Kenny's focus at Redfish is the identification and pursuit of properties, both on and off-market, that meet our clients' needs. Once a property is targeted, Kenny works to guide the due diligence process through to closing. He entered investment real estate sales with Sperry Van Ness and quickly used his experience in sales and management to deliver outstanding results to clients such as Lat Purser & Associates, Daniels Communications Group, and The Kessler Collection. Prior to entering real estate, Kenny served as the President of Advanced Mailing Systems which was wholly owned by his family’s privately held company -- Advanced Business Equipment. Kenny is a graduate of Troy University with a degree in management.
